This record contains two small reflective pieces in a plastic container. The container is circular with a twist-off lid. There is a wagon wheel-shaped plastic protective piece which rests inside. On the lid of the container, there is a manufacturer logo with a "RELEASE" instruction with arrows. There is a sticker on top of the lid which reads, "25 Good EM-109-4". The two small reflective pieces have the same pattern on them.
