This is terminator assembly with a female connector. The assembly has a 4 x 11 pin staggered array connector soldered to a printed circuit board. The printed circuit board has a black anodized protective panel covering the back, There are two thumb screws protruding from the back used to clamp the connector to its mating connector. There are also two holes of approximately .5 inch diameter in the protective panel with matching holes in the PC board at opposite corners of the connector. The PC board is a sparse array of 44 resistors in 6 rows of, irregularly numbered. There are also two decoupling capacitors on opposite corners
