A pdf of 5 pages from a 78 page transcript (expletives deleted) of a marathon meeting that committed the company to pursue LSI products based on the Micromatrix and Micromosaic technology using CAD design tools. This is the basic technology that led to the founding of the semiconductor industry including such firms as LSI Logic. The full document is held in the Computer History Museum archives.
