The May 1965 issue of Leadwire published a cover photograph of Robert Noyce, Charlie Sporck, and John Auld (Fairchild). It announced the promotion of Sporck to General Manager of Semiconductor, Auld to GM of Instrumentation and Noyce to Group Vice President.
