This kit includes the following: power cable, four L-shaped brackets, two 4-40 screws with lock washers, three RJ-11 telephone connector shells, two fuse holders with warning labels, one package containing five fuses (3AG, 5 amps), one RJ-11 splice block, and five pieces with double sided tape approximately 1.5" X 1.5".
