Description
The folder contains four documents. The first is a 1967 marketing brochure for the Elbit Computers, Ltd. Elbit 100 two-level, fixed memory read only store digital computer. The second is a Sepember 16, 1969 internal Lockheed Electronics Company (LEC) memorandum from F.G. Snyder to Stan Friedman commenting on the Elbit 100 and recommending that LEC not consider adding it to its product line. The third is a December 9, 1969 letter from R.D. Miller, Director of Business and Market Development, LEC Data Products Division to Yehuda [sic] Shinahr, Elbit Computers Limited confirming a past meeting and sending an invitation to explore the possibility of a LEC - Elbit sales association for the Elbit 100 and the Lockheed MAC-16. The fourth is a December 28, 1969 letter from Jehuda Shinahr, Elbit Computers, Ltd. to R.D. Miller, LEC declining to pursue a collaboration.
