Both the 130 and 132 use all discrete diode-transistor logic (no IC's). The display is a round CRT with 4 registers always visible. The Model 130 only has four functions. Neither unit supports floating point. The 132 (X733.86) is of the same design but also has a square root key. This function requires an entire circuit board to implement.
