Hours & Admission
Admission to the Museum gives our visitors a variety of exhibitions to explore. In addition to our landmark 25,000 square foot exhibition Revolution: The First 2000 Years of Computing, visitors can also see Mastering the Game: A History of Computer Chess, the PDP-1, where visitors can play one of the earliest video games, SpaceWar!, and the Babbage Difference Engine #2, a Victorian-era computer with 8,000 parts, weighing five tons and measuring 11 feet in length.

Group Reservations
Groups of 10 or more are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance. Groups planning to browse the Museum's exhibit areas on their own can make a reservation up to 5 days prior to their visit. Groups desiring a docent-led experience must make reservations six weeks in advance. For more information, please contact the Museum's Group Reservation Desk.
Visitor Guidelines
- Ticket is valid only for the date indicated. No refund or exchanges.
- The Museum café offers a selection of beverages, light snacks and meals. Food and drink are not permitted in the exhibit areas.
- The Museum is not responsible for lost of stolen articles.
- Coat check services are available for backpacks, luggage and large strollers.
- Historic artifacts are priceless and easily damaged. Please do not touch them, except for demonstration units while under supervision of Museum staff/docents.
- Personal non-flash photography is permitted throughout the Museum’s exhibit areas. Use of flash, tripods or other equipment is prohibited.
- Children under the age of 12 must be under adult supervision at all times.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
