The Computer History Museum, located in Mountain View, California is home to one of the largest international collections of computing artifacts in the world. The Museum brings computer history to life through an acclaimed speaker series, dynamic website, on-site tours, and physical exhibitions.

We are looking for a Part Time Museum Store Retail Assistant to join our fun and unique Museum store where all Geeks Unite. The Museum Store is a high-energy, creative and fun environment where all team members are encouraged to contribute innovatively to the success of our mission.


The ideal person for this position should have exceptional and professional Customer Service Skills, friendly attitude and ability to multi-task. This is a part-time, non-exempt position with flexible scheduling.  Typical shifts will be scheduled between the hours of 9 am and 7 pm, Wednesdays  to Sundays.  Some evening shifts will be required.


Prior retail experience required. Proficiency in  POS Systems, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and perform physical activities such as bending, moving and safely lift up to 30lbs.
Also having a great sense of humor is a Plus!
