Manager of School & Teacher Programs
Aimee collaborates with teachers and students to bring the rich content of Revolution and CHM’s other resources to life inside and outside the classroom. She has developed the education workshops, tours, and self-guided activities and manages CHM’s signature high school program called Get Invested: Case Studies in Innovation, which is delivered locally, nationally, and internationally. In September 2014, she launched the Teacher Advisory Council. Before becoming part of the education team, she was an Assistant Producer for the multimedia in Revolution.
She is a Fulbright Teaching Fellow and holds an MA in Germanic Languages and Literatures from the CUNY Graduate Center, along with a BA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in the same subject. Prior to moving to California, Aimee gained seven years of teaching and instructional design experience in the CUNY system. As an Instructional Technology Fellow at Macaulay Honors College, she worked with faculty, administration, and students to design the curriculum for a series of seminars about New York City and the arts, technology, science, and the future of New York.
