Dana Chrisler joined the Computer History Museum in 2007 as Web Designer.  He brings a varied background and experience in web design, graphics and marketing communications. Dana is focused on major web projects including redesign of the current CHM website and the creation of virtual and physical exhibit elements.

A native of California, He grew up in the San Gabriel Valley with his seven siblings and studied graphic design at Pasadena City College and Art Center College of Design. After moving to the Bay Area in 1995 he applied his skills in various creative roles to help successfully establish a number of innovative high-tech startups during the Silicon Valley boom.

Before joining CHM, hHe worked for Certain Software and previous to that at Zoran Corporation as Senior Marketing Specialist in similar roles focusing his creative skills in Website creation and corporate communications.

Dana lives in San Francisco and enjoys painting, cooking weekly with friends, remodeling his new home and further developing his skills in lucid dreaming. His hobbies include bicycling, kayaking and scuba diving. He also volunteers for GLAAD and Rocket dog rescue and has a feisty dachshund at home named Alex who loves to eat cantaloupe.
