Dennis Mahoney

Dennis Mahoney is a high-energy executive with a broad business background in computer hardware and software, medical technology and mortgage banking and brokerage. He has proven abilities in IPOs, financings, strategic and financial planning, acquisitions, business development, investor relations, SEC, treasury, accounting, control, MIS, taxes, IT, restructuring and international operations. In his career, he has successfully completed over $500 million in financings and played a key role in negotiating and closing 4 acquisitions.

Mahoney has been responsible for SEC reporting, registration statements and filings in a billion dollar revenue pharmaceutical company, a $250 million software and medical technology company, a $60 million digital imaging company and several pre-IPO organizations. Prior to joining the Museum, Mahoney held key management finance positions with companies including Sequoia Financial, Inc., PortalPlayer, Arcadia Design Systems, ADAC Laboratories, Zen Research, Raster Graphics, Syntex Corporation and Ernst &Young. He has an MBA in finance and international business from the University of California, Berkeley, is a CPA and past-President of the Silicon Valley Chapter of Financial Executives International.
