Karae Lisle is the Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Programs, joining CHM as a seasoned executive with over 20 years experience working in technology companies.  Her recent experience as Principal Consultant with Wellbourne International afforded her an opportunity to advise technology companies on marketing, business development, and sales.

Beginning her career with Burroughs Corporation in their mainframe Technical Support Division, Karae advanced into technical sales with a variety of technology companies selling mainframe, midrange and PC software tools to emerging growth and F500 companies.  Her successful career includes progressive leadership roles managing direct sales, business development and marketing – culminating in several IPO’s in the mid 1990s.

During her tenure at Oracle, Ms. Lisle successfully provided the leadership required to scale a new program into a highly successful Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) initiative - executed in over 10 international markets for Oracle internal sales as well as prospective Oracle customers.   

As an adjunct professor at the University of San Francisco, Karae’s MBA and Masters of Computer Science course experiences includes High-Tech, E-Commerce, and Consumer Marketing, as well as a custom CRM course she authored.  She most recently developed the Business Minor curriculum for the College of Engineering at San Jose State University.

Ms. Lisle is on the Board of Directors for the non-profit Center for Employment Training, is President of HBSTech Alumni, and is on the Advisory Board for the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs and Executives.  She holds a BS in Management Information Systems from Florida State University, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
