Dotty Hayes

Dorothy D. Hayes is Vice President, Internal Audit for Intuit Inc. She was Intuit's Vice President, Corporate Controller from April 2003 until June 2005. From August 1999 until April 2003 she was Vice President, Corporate Controller for Agilent Technologies and previously held a number of positions at Hewlett-Packard including Transition General Manager for the Agilent spin-off, Chief Audit Executive, Measurement Systems Organization Controller, Components Group Controller, and Corporate Financial Reporting Manager. She began her career at Data General in cost accounting and Internal Audit, and joined Hewlett-Packard as part of the Apollo Computer acquisition where she was Vice President, Corporate Controller.
Dotty holds an MS in Finance from Bentley College and an MSBA with Accounting concentration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Dotty is a member of Financial Executives International and The Conference Board Council of Chief Audit Executives.
She serves on the Board of Directors of the Addison Avenue Federal Credit Union and the Board of Trustees of the Computer History Museum in Mountain View, California and is chair of the Finance Committee for both organizations. She served as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Woodside Priory School in Portola Valley, California from 1999 – 2006.
