A 20-year technology industry veteran, Heidi Sinclair is currently CEO Europe and a member of the Executive Board of U. S.- based Public Relations/Public Affairs agency Burson-Marsteller. She joined Burson-Marsteller as a Senior Vice President in the Los Angeles office in 1994. After leaving the company in 1996, Ms. Sinclair rejoined the firm in 2001 as Chair of the Global Technology practice where she built a broad technology client base and a team of over 350 people.

Ms. Sinclair has served as Vice President, Corporate Marketing at Borland and Lotus Development Corporation, and as head of the technology groups at public relations firms Hill & Knowlton, Ketchum Communications, and Regis McKenna. From 1996 to 1998 she was Managing Director for International Creative Management, where she built and managed the agency's New Media and Corporate Divisions. At ICM, she worked with major corporations to develop entertainment industry strategies, business plans, content acquisition plans, new media initiatives and strategic relationships. After two years at ICM, Ms. Sinclair co-founded and served as CEO of BrandX Media, Inc., an Internet/TV content company.

Ms. Sinclair graduated from Stanford University with an A.B. in English. She is a four-time Young Entrepreneur award winner and a former member of the Software Publisher's Association Business Board of Directors. Having been profiled in dozens of media stories, including Newsweek, Fortune and PBS, Ms. Sinclair has been the recipient of various communications and marketing honors.
