Description

Object is a circuit board enclosed in a blue plastic case, with a 16-key keypad, 3 red LEDs, and a toggle switch labelled Run/Reset. Two audio cables terminated in mono minijacks are attached. One RF coax cable is also attached. Two toggle switches protrude from the bottom edge, one with a masking-tape label "Up Quiet/Down Beeper" and the other with a masking-tape label "Up 8000/Down 0000 (Disable)"
