An early example of the use of computer animation to mimic the operation of a computer and thus illustrate the syntax of a programming language and the consequent data structure manipulations of the computer. Part two of this film is a step-by-step writin of a short program in the L6 language, and the consquent list structure that develops during the execution of the program.
