Subsections of the brochure include The CRAY-1 and Your System; Introducing the CRAY-1 S Series of Computer Systems; Software for Solving Problems; and The Design of the CRAY-1. The brochure also includes a list of front-end systems for the CRAY-1, such as CDC, IBM, Amdahl, Honeywell, DEC, Data General, and Systems Engineering Laboratories. Pictures of the CRAY-1 are featured throughout the brochure, as well as pictures that reference its application. There are several charts listing the features of the different CRAY-1 models. There is a chart displaying the design of the CRAY-1 on the brochure's page 22, followed by illustrations of the CRAY-1. Technical specifications are included in the brochure.
