She only has to key in a customer telephone number to obtain in seconds complete computer-stored account information, such as the type of service and equpment installed, long distance calls and monthly billing detail. If any of the information stored needs to be changed, simple instructions from the terminal to Winter Park's IBM computer will update and change the information in the customer's account.".
