Description
This is a black and white image of two men standing in front of an ILLIAC I computer. The man on the left is Dr. Ralph Meagher and the man on the right is Mr. W.L. Huffman. Both men are wearing suits and are talking to each other and holding items in their hands. The front view of the ILLIAC I with it's clear windows on the panels is shown. Light is coming from the overhead lights and also from the direction of the camera. Written on verso side of image on left edge in pencil is "#1435". Written on verso side on top edge of image in black pen is "1958". Typed text on verso side is "FILE COPY - DO NOT REMOVE 3-11-59 W.L. Huffman". The white data sheet is entitled "IDENTIFICATION OF DEC MUSEUM COLLECTION". It is a form listing several fields including item#, original donor source, full identification of item, and references. Some of the fields are completed.
