Pinball wizard consists of electronic pinball screen with two large blue buttons on bottom above three white buttons labeled "on", :off", and level/player". There is a line of five red lights above the screen. Printed above the display is a label which reads "talking PINBALL WIZARD" along with the Video Technology name and logo.
