Panel appears to be a standard 2 1/2 inches wide and 3 1/4 high designed to mount in a larger assembly. Object consists of: connector and PCB assembly; attached 10 conductor flat cable in a 20 conductor socket. Front panel has a DB25 male connector and 2 digit display. There is a 16 position screwdriver operated switch on the front panel. There are two cryptic tables printed on the front panel. One appears to be DEC module numbers, and the other appears to be standard asynchronous basu rates.
