Object consists of original packing box containing controller unit with mouse cable, telephone cable, headpiece, puff unit, 8 puff tubes, velcro strips, head pads, replacement foam rubber pads and users manual. Unit has label stating "HeadMaster for use with Apple." Outside of box printed in black reads, "PRC PRENTKE ROMICH COMPANY Wooster, Ohio 44691 HeadMaster" with a drawn picture of the controller. Noted as a "Sip Puff" mouse for people who are unable to use their hands.
