Description

The object looks similar to a cash register with no drawer.
The central unit has a keyboard consisting of an array of keys including 10 columns of numeric (0-9) keys and 3 addition partial columns of keys with various labels. At the top there are 2 large displays including 9 numeric digits. One display faces forward and the other faces backward. At the bottom there are 6 small counters, each with 4 digits.
On the left side there is a mechanism with 4 print heads. Two print on rolls of 3.375 paper tape. One roll has an internal take up spool. The other roll exits from the front of the machine. The two remaining heads print on documents which are inserted into the top or side of the machine. There is a threading diagram located under the protective cover. There is also a table which labels the six counters on the front of the unit.
On the right side there is a paper tape punch. It has concentric feed and tape reels located next to each other. There is a removable chad drawer on the side. There is a threading diagram located under the protective cover.
There are 6 keyed locks. One lock is on the lower left side and has no matching key. One locks the paper tape punch cover. It has 2 matching keys. The remaining 4 locks are located at the right of the keyboard. One has 2 matching keys. Another has 1 matching key. The remaining 2 locks have no matching keys.
