The card is pale, translucent-green covered by a variety of components on the obverse side and silver colored solder lines covered by a bright green square layer on the reverse side. The obverse is covered with orange-red, yellow, multi-colored, and silver components; both circular silver-colored components are marked "FXDS 305U 7222." The obverse substrate is marked "129427 C" on the left side, "SER SDS-66" on the right side, and " ASSY NO. 128188, NAND/NOR, and IT24" along the bottom. The reverse side is marked with three black inspection stamps.
