The card is a pale, translucent-green mostly covered by brass-colored printing on the obverse-side and silver-colored solder lines on the reverse-side. An opaque terra-cotta colored layer is sandwiched within the board. The obverse is covered with red, baby-blue, black, and silver components; two of the three circular, silver-colored components are marked "6915 SD306." The obverse substrate is marked "133286c" on the left side, "SDS66 SFR" on the right side, and "ASSY NO. 131617, LOGIC ELEMENT, and LT36" along the bottom. "91526" is also stamped at the bottom, in black ink. The reverse side is marked with two black stamps.
