The card is primarily dark green, with light-green translucent edges. The obverse is covered with a variety of components; one of the twenty-six smaller, silver-colored, circular components is marked on the top, the rest are marked on the side. The obverse substrate is marked " PWB NO. 156476B SER. CXDS-69" on the right side, and "ASSY NO. 156477, BUFFERED LATCH, DSM, PXC, and FT81" along the bottom. The reverse side is marked with six black stamps, one reads "447 D" and another reads "M 79."
