The obverse is covered with orange, black, and silver components; six of the seven circular, silver components are marked "SDS308-733;" the seventh component id marked "SDS308-735." The obverse substrate is marked "123755-B" on a sticker and "C28" in pencil on the left side, "CABLE RECEIVER SER SDS-65" on the right side, and " ASSY NO. 123018 and AT10" along the bottom. The reverse side is marked with six black inspection stamps.
