This is a B141 module with a light green board and a blue plastic extraction handle, attached by two rivets. The components begin halfway down the module toward its insertion end. It is marked with three inspection stamps. Throughout the board is the red manufacturer's mark "neLco". "DIODE GATE B141A" is stamped on the solder side.
