This is a B130 module with a green board and a blue plastic extraction handle attached by two rivets. The component side is marked with a square inspection stamp reading "Tested 6 A.M.T.2"; printed in red throughout the green board there are red "W"s. "3 BIT PARITY CIRCUIT B130A" is stamped on the solder side.
