This is a B135 module with a green board and a blue plastic extraction handle, attached by two rivets. The words "Flip Chip" are visible between the rivets. The components begin halfway down the module. The module is marked by two inspection stamps, one blue and one black. Printed throughout the substrate is a red, "W". "DIODE GATE B115 C" is stamped in solder.
