This is an R405 module with a red plastic extraction handle attached to the green board by two rivets. There is a metal plate covering all but the last 1/2 inch of the component side where three inspection stamps are visible. There is space cut out of the metal plate to expose several components. "FLIP CHIP" is printed between the two rivets. Two screws are also visible in the center. "CRYSTAL CLOCK R405J" is printed in solder parallel to the right edge near the extraction end.
