This M920 module has a purple extraction handle held in place by four rivets. On one side there are two inspection stamps - one rectangular and one triangular. "Internal Bus Connector 11-728" is printed on the solder side parallel to the extraction handle. The words "Flip Chip" are also visible through the green board. On the handle "dec unibus" is printed in white on a clear sticker.
