This B198 module consists of a green board with "neLco" printed throughout. There are two blue plastic extraction handles, each held in place by two metal rivets. Between the two rivets to the right on the component side "FLIP CHIP" is printed in solder. Above the components on the left side there are two round inspection stamps. There is one similar stamp on the right. "PROTECTION COMARATOR B198A" is printed on the left edge of the solder side.
