One (1) Flip Chip extender type W908B. Eighteen wires of various color have been clipped-off the front-side. The reverse-side is marked "FLIP CHIP" on the substrate, with a circular inspection stamp printed beneath it in black. "A, C, D, and E" are handwritten in pencil to the right of the "FLIP CHIP" marking. "UNTEN" is handwritten on a portion of blue tape attached near the bottom.
