The substrate on the solder-side reads "+18 VOLT REGULATOR CONTROL G811A" along the left-edge. There are two circular, black inspection stamps near the handle on the component-side. "FLIP CHIP" is visible beneath the stamps, through the substrate. A repeating pattern of "neLco" is printed in red on the substrate.
