"FLIP CHIP" can be read through the substrate, between the rivets on the component-side. Module 1 of 2 has five black, circular inspection stamps on the component-side near the handle. A repeating pattern that reads "neLco" is printed on the substrate in red. Module 2 of 2 has three black , circular inspection stamps on the component-side near the handle. A repeating pattern that reads "NP" is printed on the substrate in red.
