Description
This is an R405 module with a red plastic extraction handle attached to the green board by two rivets. There is a metal plate covering all but the last 1/2 inch. There is space cut out of the metal plate to expose several components. "FLIP CHIP" is printed between the two rivets. Two screws are visible in the center. "CRYSTAL CLOCK R405J" is printed in solder parallel to the right edge near the extraction end on the reverse side.
