This is a B115 module with a light green board and a blue plastic extraction handle, attached by two rivets. The words "Flip Chip" are visible between the rivets. The component side is faintly marked with three inspection stamps. Throughout the board is an orenge manufacturer's mark, "NP". "DIODE GATE B115C" is stamped on the solder side.
