This is a B138 module with a green substrate and a blue plastic extraction handle, attached by two rivets. "FLIP CHIP" is printed in silver between the rivets. The obverse side has several components. The module is marked by three inspection stamps, two near the extraction handle and one at the insertion end. "Inverter B 169B" is printed in silver on the reverse side.
