B683 module with green substrate and a blue plastic extraction handle, attached by two rivets. Handle reads "DIGITAL EQUIPMENT CORPORATION MAYNARD, MASSACHUSETTS" in raised letters. A white, oval, paper sticker covers most of the above text. The sticker reads "MAR 79 9033983 CS" in blue letters. Reverse side of substrate (with solder joints) reads "50 OHM OR BUS DRIVER B683C" along the edge. Obverse side has several components and is marked with two faint inspection stamps; one is a square and the other is a triangle. The reverse side has a circular stamp that reads "42 PR." All stamps are black. "FLIP CHIP" can be read through substrate, beneath the stamps, between rivets. A repeating "obn" pattern in red print is visible on the substrate.
