A white, oval, paper sticker covers most of the above text. The sticker reads "DEC 78 8125835 CS." Reverse side of substrate (with solder joints) reads "B1687 D" along the edge. Obverse side has several components and is marked with three inspection stamps. One reads "ML 22" within a triangle, one reads "74 ML" within a square, and the other reads " 24 ML" within a circle. All stamps are black. "FLIP CHIP" can be read through substrate, between rivets. A repeating "AL" pattern in red print is visible on the substrate.
