Reverse side of substrate (with solder joints) reads "LEVEL AMPLIFIER W513F" along the edge. Obverse side is covered by a variety of components. "FLIP CHIP" can be read through substrate, under two inspection stamps, between the rivets. A third inspection stamp, reading "FINAL INSPECTION 313" is located 3/4" below the handle. A repeating "NP" pattern in red print is visible on the substrate.
