One (1) model 12.848 time base module. The face-panel of the module is painted tan with brown and red lettering. There are three black knobs that read "TIME, RATE MULT., and HOLD;" one black switch that reads "RESET and OPERATE;" two brown inputs, and one black input. The back of the silver-tone, sheet metal module reads "ELECTRONIC ASSOCIATES, INC. LONG BRANCH, NEW JERSEY, MOD NO. 12.848, SER NO. 334" on black and white sticker. A blue plastic connector is recessed into the center-back of the module. A small paper sticker with illegible witting is also attached to the back.
