Description

This is a card reader with a vertically stacked reader on the top right side with a blue plastic weight, and a horizontal ouput hopper across on the left side.
There are six square multi-colored, labelled lights (with one cover missing) in a row on the top front and four multi-colored, labelled buttons (and two blank dummy buttons) in a row immediately below them.
There is a mechanical counter on the top right of the rear.
