This model 1442 card reader / punch has a vertical stacking card input. To the left of the card input is a plastic card display. There are two card output trays that hold cards horizontally. Comes with a separate plastic and metal card weight. On the front right face are three buttons: two dummies and four lights. The exposed interior reveals a cable programmed plugboard on a swiveling chassis. The plugboard unit has a selector knob. Inside the chassis there are several circuit cards. In the right bottom corner is a power supply. The counter is visible through a window in the back.
