W607 module with green substrate and a tan plastic extraction handle attached by two rivets. Side of handle reads "DIGITAL EQUIPMENT CORPORATION MAYNARD, MASSACHUSETTS" in raised letters. The reverse side of the substrate (with solder joints) reads "PULSE AMPLIFIER W 607 B" along the edge. The obverse side is covered by a variety of components. Two black inspection stamps are located near the handle. A repeating "NP" pattern in red print is visible on the substrate.
