A paper label taped to the end (removed and bagged) reads "NR3703 - BOX 1 - #16 / CODED KEYBOARD / FK-104-1 / #0133" Stamped on the unit are the initials "WRDC" - Wright Research and Development Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
