This module has been extensively modified compared to other "Trigger Pair V" modules. A resister has been soldered across two leads of the solder side, and a circuit has been constructed from several resistors and capacitors on the component side. This manual rework is of a wild and amateurish quality. Handwritten on the solder side in red is "10MS MV" and in black, "46". Several indecipherable initials are written on the component side in blue and in yellow. On the end of the frame is a masking tape label "CLOCK".
