The object consists of a wire wrap board and five labels on the front side and one on the wiring side that lists dates and wiring change infomation. There "TYMSHARE COMPUTER SYSTEMS AND SUPPORT DEFECTIVE PART TAG" paper tag attached. Many inspection dates: 12/12/79; 12/24/79; 12/5/79; 1/2/80 and 1/9/80. Probably a Foonly protype board.
